How Graduates See Life Outside School
I must confess that finishing
school is really a big task and moving to the next stage of your life is
another scary situation. Sometimes it appears exciting when you think of how
much free-time you will have for yourself. It becomes scary when you think of
all the expectations that are before you.
At this point in time you will no
longer be at the ease of the receiving end rather you will be faced with a
reversed situation where people would demand from you. These may even include financial demand/ support
or something of that nature owing to the notion folks may have imbibed of
somebody being a graduate. Being a graduate as a matter of fact is the hardest
as well as the most challenging/changing phase of your life. I choose to say it
this way and its good we face facts because there are even more tasks to
accomplish at this level of your life.
As a graduate before you can fit
in to the demands of the outer world (because it must have occurred to you that
being in school and outside school are two different things in their entirety)
you must have a price to pay. Leaving school might be a time when your group of
friends changes. Everyone is going off in different direction, with different
responsibilities meaning that your friends would be less opportuned to meet you
or rather you will be unable to see as much of each other. Mean while, the hope
of every graduate is to find a good job. Most end up going for extra training
on the particular job they are opportuned to get. At this stage, as you start
doing new things, you will likely end up making new friends entirely. One thing must be made known before I end this
little post. You have all it takes to face whatever challenges that might come
at this stage.
